Returns Policy
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your goods, you have the right to return them and receive a full refund. This right of return is without prejudice to your statutory right of cancellation. You may return goods and receive a refund provided:
- They are received back at our head office within 28 days. This 28-day period commences the day after your order has been shipped.
- They have not been damaged (unless it is courier damage) and must include the original packaging.
- Weβll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly and a refund is normally issued within 5 days of the goods return.
Delivery Policy
Unless you specify an alternative delivery option the goods will be delivered by Royal Mail Standard 1st class post.
We shall endeavor to dispatch the goods to you as soon as possible after you place your order (subject to the order having been accepted by us as will be confirmed to you by email), normally within 2 working days or less if the goods are in stock, and in any event within 30 days beginning on the day after you place your order. If we are unable to dispatch the goods within that time we will email to let you know and give you an estimated delivery date and you will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund as set out in that email.
As soon as the goods are delivered to you, you are responsible for them.
